CJT Grant · Awarded every April
A home is more than a place to live — it is where a new chapter takes shape. Named in memory of Christopher John Tenaglia (CJT), whose life reflected craftsmanship, family devotion, and care for others, the CJT Home Betterment Grant is our way of paying it forward, helping qualifying new homeowners create the space of their dreams.
Anyone may apply. High Pace Construction reviews each applicant’s circumstances and proposed improvements against the program’s criteria. The grant awarding process takes place every April in conjunction with our strategic partners.
For applicants who are not awarded a grant, HPC reserves the right to offer services at a discounted rate. These optional offers are separate from grant consideration, subject to project scope and availability, and never require you to purchase services.
